Absolutely terrible service, I ordered a charcoal and brown couples pack, I received 2 brown ones instead. I got sent the wrong product and I’ve emailed them multiple times for over a week now and no response. What I paid for isn’t what I got and that is very wrong on their part as a company. On top of that I didn’t even receive the product for over 20 days too. I hope after they read this review that they’ll contact me and send me the product that I am entitled and paid for.

‼️ this company only takes your money & after weeks of contact about your missing order they finally send you a tracking number & from then on you will only get updates from courier saying “attempted pickup, rescheduled by sender” & after a few of those then you will get NOTHING except thoughts of your hard earned money being STOLEN by this NO LONGER REPUTABLE COMPANY. Absolutely PUTRID ‼️

One thing that maybe could be different is the embroidered name Frenchie if this could be replaced just with a small frenchie label on the side as I feel that throughout the wearing and washing the embroidery starts to pull and fray.
